NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000147 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF WELDON A. BUSCH A/K/A WELDON AVANT BUSCH A/K/A WELDON BUSCH, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
