NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 9th day of August 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-000877-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, against Defendants, RABIH AHMAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RABIH AHMAD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of September 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
