RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered July 18, 2018 in Case No. 14-007299-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOHN SCOTT WEBB A/K/A JOHN WEBB A/K/A JOHN S. WEBB, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 3, MAGNOLIA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
