NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-005602-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and DAN'S ISLAND 1600 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit Number 714, together with the appurtenances thereto, In accordance with the Declaration of Condominium of Dans Island on Sand Key, a Condominium-1600 Gulf Boulevard, and related document as recorded in O.R. Book 6012, 1 Pages 813-853, and the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 92 through 100, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
