NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-007461-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2015A+, is Plaintiff and PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMELA PILAKOVIC; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK, N.A., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1508, OF PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 16 TO 19, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5086, PAGE 615 THROUGH 665, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
