NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-004876-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH F. MCGEEHAN, DECEASED; DINA M. MCGEEHAN; LANCE ANDREWS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CATTAFI FAMILY TRUST, DATED NOVEMBER 13, 1991; JOSEPH MCGEEHAN, JR; DANIELLE CONIGLIARO; TYLER MCGEEHAN; KATIE MCGEEHAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
