PASADENA YACHT & COUNTY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., by and through its authority a allowed pursuant to the Governing Documents of the Association including the original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, appearing at O.R. Book 6811, beginning at Page 2173, thereafter amended including the Amendments appearing at O.R. Book 11131, beginning at Page 575, O.R. Book 11822, beginning at Page 2366, O.R. Book 11847, beginning at Page 1131, O.R. Book 16493, beginning at Page 2100, O.R. Book 16629, beginning at Page 2507 and O.R. 1. I am the President of Pasadena Yacht & Country Club Master Association, Inc.
2. Pasadena Yacht & Country Club Master Association, Inc. (“Association”) has taken action to ensure that the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Pasadena Yacht & Country Club Master Association, Inc. recorded in Official Records Book 6811, beginning at page 2173 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida along with the Amendments appearing at O.R. Book 11131, beginning at Page 575, O.R. Book 11822, beginning at Page 2366, O.R. Book 11847, beginning at Page 1131, O.R. Book 16493, beginning at Page 2100, O.R. Book 16629, beginning at Page 2507, and O.R. Book 20008, beginning at Page 1858 recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida that currently burdens the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its enforcement status with regard to the affected real property.
3. To this end, the Association shall cause the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida and that pursuant to the governing documents of the Association, a properly held meeting was scheduled before the Board of Directors of the Association to allow for the approving the preservation of the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida along with all amendments thereto.
4. Copies of the notification and the attachments being recorded are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
