NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-001361-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and RONALD P. BRITT A/K/A RONALD P. BRITT, SR A/K/A RONALD PATRICK BRITT; 30 DAYS REAL ESTATE CORP. AS TRUSTEE UNDER RPB5325 TRUST DATED AUGUST 2, 2006; NANCY L. POGGENDICK A/K/A NANCY L. SCARBOROUGH; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; GULFSIDE SUPPLY, INC. D/B/A GULFEAGLE SUPPLY; CITY OF ST. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of October, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, WESTMINSTER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE (S) 59 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
