NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 15-002604-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and John E. Presy A/K/A John E. Presy III; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John E. Presy a/k/a John E. Presy III, Deceased; Springleaf Home Equity, Inc. F/K/A American General Home Equity, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, KEENE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
