NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-003592-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, Plaintiff, and, JOANN S. NORTHROP AKA JO-ANN SALLY NORTHROP, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of September, 2018, the following described property:
