HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and STEVE SOODEEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVE SOODEEN N/K/A DRUPATIE SOODEEN; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A RYAN SINGH, are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 1st day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
