NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006148-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; WINDCREST AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O WORLD OF HOMES, R.A.; ELIANA JOSEPH; HUDSON PREVALUS; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of October, 2018 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, WINDCREST AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 21 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
