Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on August 15, 2018, in Case No. 2018-CC-3780 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which LONE OAK MOBILE HOME & RV PARK is the Plaintiff and EMERICK POLGAR and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s) are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COMPTROLLER OF MANATEE COUNTY, will sell at public sale the following property: a 1979 Skyline Buddy mobile home, Vehicle Identification No. 01611027M, Florida Title No. 16348307. The sale will be held on the 20th day of September, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, in accordance with §45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
