NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003238AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-7, is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH I. POLANCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH I. POLANCO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CIMARRON MORTGAGE COMPANY DBA THE MORTGAGE WAREHOUSE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 302, BUILDING 3, GARDEN WALK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2018, PAGE 7118 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGE 107, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
