NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000808 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-AR7, Plaintiff and Gudrun E. Hoffman a/k/a Gudrun Hoffman are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on September 18, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 79, OF LAKE-REGION PARADISE ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
