NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-003936 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Wilson Four, LLC, Bentley Oaks Subdivision Homeowner's Association, Inc., Hermelinda Mendoza, Ulpiano M. Mendoza a/k/a Ulpiano Mendoza, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Robert McKinstry, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Tiffany McKinstry, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 25th day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
