NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-00080, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING , LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES , DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN W. HOUSER A/K/A JOHN WESLEY HOUSER, DECEASED; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A ; DANTON WESLEY HOUSER; THOMAS GARRISON HOUSER; NAPLES PARK AREA ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 20 day of September 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 75, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO.6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
