NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 29, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-002235-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and LISA B. CLARY A/K/A LISA BROOKE CLARY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D 203, OF LAKESIDE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1491, PAGE 1952, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
