NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001602-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-E is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANTHONY J. QUINTERO, DECEASED; LORENCITA CAICEDO A/K/A LOREN CAICEDO; QUEENS PARK COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
