NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA002466CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-RP2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-RP2, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor-in-Interest To Wachovia Bank National Association, As Trustee is the Plaintiff and Michael P. Cahill a/k/a Michael Phillip Cahill; Unknown Spouse of Michael P. Cahill a/k/a Michael Phillip Cahill; Rebecca V. Cahill a/k/a Rebecca Violet Cahill a/k/a Rebecca Cahill; Unknown Spouse of Rebecca V. Cahill a/k/a Rebecca Violet Cahill a/k/a Rebecca Cahill; CACH, LLC; Clerk of the Court, Pasco County, Florida are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 456, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
