SUBJECT TO THE NORTHWESTRLY 30.00 FEET AND TAHE NORTHEASTERLY 30.00 FEET THEREOF FOR SID ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES.
SUBJECT TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY 60 FEET THEREOF FOR DRAINAGE FOR CANAL PURPOSES.
