NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003400 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC.
