has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian D. Keisacker, Esq., of Ulrich, Scarlett, Wickman & Dean, P.A., at 713 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 201, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiff or its attorney and whose name and address shall appear in, or be annexed to, said notice; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint.
