Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2014 CC 005378 NC on October 15, 2018 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 28, Building 5, THE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium together with an individual interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1043, pages 1685 through 1718, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00A.M. on October 15, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. ofthe day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
