Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 9th day of February, 2017 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 22 day of August, 2018, and entered in case No. 16-CA-003333 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and RICHARD E. CHRISTOPHER; MYRNA CRAIG; WESTMINSTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, WESTMINSTER PHASES 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 52 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
