NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001712 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, Plaintiff and Earl Frederick Walther, III a/k/a Earl F. Walther, III a/k/a Earl Walther, III are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 24, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN SOUTH 01°04'47” EAST FOR 38.83 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 88°55'13” WEST FOR 37.50 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 01°04'47” WEST FOR 38.83 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 88°55'13” EAST FOR 37.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
