YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property located in LEE County, Florida:
Lot numbered One(1), of Block “B”, of that certain subdivision known as UNIT NO. 1 EDISON ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 9, at Page 56; less and except that portion conveyed in deed recorded in OR Book 2462, page 4154 and together with that portion of Lot numbered Two (2), of Block “B”, of said UNIT NO. 1 EDISON ACRES, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, run Northeasterly along the Easterly line of said lot on an arc of radius 225 feet for 29.00 feet; thence run North 70 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West parallel to the Northerly line of said lot 105.28 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 2; thence run South 14 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West along said West line for 43.50 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot; thence run South 78 degrees 36 minutes East along the South line thereof for 105.31 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2001 NW 64th Street, Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
