NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-010938 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Santander Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Leland M. Ryder; Sandra C. Ryder; Walden Lake Community Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 17th day of September, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, OF WALDEN LAKE UNIT 33-5, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 4 OF, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
