NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-3551 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF FILIBERTO MORQUECHO, DECEASED is the Defendant. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 429, MAP OF RUSKIN CITY, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
