HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and BRENDA W MAITLAND AKA BRENDA MAITLAND; ALVIN L MAITLAND AKA ALVIN MAITLAND; BLOOMINGDALE - DD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 20, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
