Unit 5204, of VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, in Official Records Book 3831, page 379, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 52, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with 1.10% undivided share in the common elements.
A/K/A 13612 S. Village Drive, Unit 5204, Tampa, FL 33618
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on September 21, 2018.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
