NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 7, 2018 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-002956, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ERMA J. NEELY A/K/A ERMA JEAN NEELY A/K/A ERMA NEELY N/K/A ERMA JEAN ALLEN; MICHAEL NEELY; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
AN EASTERLY PART OF LOT 8 AND A WESTERLY PART OF LOT 9, IN BLOCK 11 OF TILSEN MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, ON PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, 48.32 FEET NORTH EASTERLY FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER, OF SAID LOT 8: THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 82.08 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 8 AND 9; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY INA STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 9, 18.46 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY, FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 9 AND 8 TO A POINT 48.32 FEET NORTHEASTERLY FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8. THENCE NORTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
