NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-004443 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and WILSON, JENNIFER L, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on November 07, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 603, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM IV PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3979, PAGE 1434, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 30, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
