NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with and pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-3503 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PEDRO SANCHEZ, DANIEL BROWN, THE STATE OF FLORIDA and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida are the Defendants, Pat Frank, as the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, beginning at 10:00 A.M., on September 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
