NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-6604 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JOANN W. PERKINS and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOANN W. PERKINS are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The South half of that certain parcel of land known as “Lot C” commencing at the Northeast corner of Tract 21 of HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE FARMS as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 102 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; run South 00°05'00” East 661.10 feet, thence South 81°45'00” West 25.26 feet for the POINT OF BEGINNING, run thence South 0°05'00” East 280.00 feet, thence North 89°50'00” West 693.21 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of drainage canal, thence North 20°04'00” West along Easterly right-of-way line of canal 179.42 feet, thence North 81°45'00” East 762.25 feet to the Point of Beginning and including the East 25 feet of said Tract 21 abutting and adjacent thereto which is reserved for roadway purposes.
Together with an easement over and across the following tract: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the South ½ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼, Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, run thence West 294 feet and South 175 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run South 50 feet, thence West on a line parallel to North boundary of said South ½ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ to the West boundary of said Tract, thence North 50 feet, thence East to the Point of Beginning; lying West of a 50 foot reservation deeded to Hillsborough County for road purposes, LESS road right of way for State Road 93-A (I-75).
