NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-CA-009153 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. , Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EUGENIO MARTINEZ, DECEASED, et al. are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of September, 2018, the following described property:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF SEFFNER, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 13, BLOCK 4, SECTION 11, SEFFNER RIDGE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 66, RECORDED 6/11/1971 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
