LOT 4 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 55, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 4705 East Serena Drive, Tampa, FL 33617.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, on or before OCTOBER 16th 2018 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
