NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-006192 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Loan Obligation Trust 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Erik D. Sandberg a/k/a Erik Sandberg, Jodene L. Sandberg, Lake Valencia Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 19th day of September, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT R-36, BLOCK O, LAKE VALENCIA - UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
