TO: CONNIE R. RODRIGUEZ, IF ALIVE, AND IF DEAD, HER UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, JUDGMENT CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST CONNIE R. RODRIGUEZ; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, OR ANY AND ALL PARTIES HAVING AN OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN, LIEN UPON, OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE LAND:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against you seeking to quiet title on the following described real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Lot 46, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LEISURE LAKE VILAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. 6347, Pages 292 through 334, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 102, Page 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Ryan A. Doddridge, Esq., Wollinka, Wollinka & Doddridge, PL, 10015 Trinity Boulevard, Suite 101, Trinity, Florida 34655, on or before 9-28-18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE OF ACTION SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER.
