TO: DERRION VONTRELL RICH and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described 2014 Ford Fusion, VIN #1FA6P0G79E5402592 and Six Thousand Eighty and no/100 Dollars, U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”), Petitioner, PINELLAS PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT, seized the Property on or about July 29, 2018, at or near 11th Street South and 18th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas Park Police Department, all pursuant to Section 932.701-704, Florida Statutes (2018).
