NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-002640-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Jack W. Meek, Sr., Keathel Chauncey, Esq., as Trustee Only, Under the Wild Man Dave Land Trust, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Village on the Green Homeowners Association, Inc., Village on the Green Recreation Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
