NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-001245 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-CW1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Laurie Ann Wagner, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of October, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
