NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 12-009614-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2003-4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and BETH L. DOYLE; MANAGEMENT TRUST ASSOCIATES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY CORP., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DOYLE FAMILY LAND TRUST #101 UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2005, KNOWN AS TRUST #101; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DOYLE FAMILY LAND TRUST #101 UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2005, KNOWN AS TRUST #101; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, IN BLOCK E, OF CREST LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
