NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of August, 2018, and entered in Case No. 12014279CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is the Plaintiff and ROBERT TRIPKA A/K/A ROBERT S.TRIPKA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT TRIPKA A/K/A ROBERT S. TRIPKA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CASEY DUDLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A SHYLA ORTIGOZA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of October, 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
