NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October 2018, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2016-CA- 005258, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 3, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 61, RIVERDALE REVISED, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
