NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2018, entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-006690 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR11 is the Plaintiff and PARRY, SUSAN L; PARRY, WILLIAM E; John Tooke; Samantha Tooke; Country Club/Edgewater Village Association, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE SUBPHASE V, A/K/A LEGENDS WALK AND SUBPHASE W, A/K/A KINGSMILL, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 149 THROUGH 161, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
