NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Foreclosure Judgment dated November 20, 2018 and entered in 2017-CA-3402 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Brian Wood Contracting, a Florida Corporation, d/b/a Wood Dock & Seawall is the plaintiff and Trydak Limited, a United Kingdom private limited liability company and Avtar Singh Chima are the defendants. Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7 BLK C Sunrise Park Replat PI#74631.0000/3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 94, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida 517 Bayview Dr., Holmes Beach, FL 34217-2140
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
