NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2018, wherein PARK TREE INVESTMENTS 19, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JULIE A. PARKER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE GARY J. PARKER AND JULIE A PARKER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2006, GARY J. PARKER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE GARY J. PARKER AND JULIE A PARKER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2006 are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JANUARY 9, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK D, RIVER LANDINGS BLUFFS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 147 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
