NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 08, 2018, and entered in 2015CA005841 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP 2002-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-HE2 is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE A. BOURST, JR. A/K/A LAWRENCE A. BOURST; DAWN A. RAYBURN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN A. RAYBURN N/K/A TERRY BECKHAM ; EDWARD D. RAYBURN A/K/A EDWARD RAYBURN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MYRTLE V. RAYBURN A/K/A MYRTLE RAYBURN, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 08, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 165.24 FEET NORTH AND 625 FEET WEST OF THE SE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE WEST 80 FEET; THENCE NORTH 140 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE EAST 80 FEET; ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID ROAD RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE SOUTH 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
