NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2018, and entered in 2013-CA-004234 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUSTE 2004-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and JAIME DIAZ; CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY ; DENNIS PERRAULT, TRUSTEE OF THE UMS TRUST #1425; INVESTCO HOLDINGS, LLC.; TENANT 1 N/K/A TERESA CASTRO; TENANT 2 N/K/A ARSENIO VALAZQUEZ; TENANT 3 N/K/A CASTRO HERNANDEZ; TENANT 4 N/K/A ROBERTO ROBERTS are the Defendant(s).
